Daddy-To-Be Saif Ali Khan To Pen An Autobiography Replete With Personal Spoilers; Book To Out In 2021
According to the latest reports, Saif Ali Khan who has been in the industry for more than two decades now will be penning an autobiography.
Saif Ali Khan made his big debut in the entertainment industry with Yash Chopra's Parampara which was released in 1993 and he has come a long way since then. The Nawab of the Pataudi house has been in the industry for more than two decades now and has done some incredible films and impressed everyone with his acting chops and his charming looks. However, Saif who is known to be a voracious reader is turning into an author himself as he will be now penning an autobiography. Just sometime back, a trade analyst shared this news saying that Mr Khan is all set to pen an autobiography where he will open up about his family, home, his successes and failures, his influences and inspirations and, of course, his films. The book will be published by Harper Collins India and is said to be out in 2021.
Confirming the news, Saif, in an interview with The Times of India, said that some things need to be documented as they change and will be lost in the course of time. He also hoped that others would enjoy the book. He was quoted saying, "So many things have changed and will be lost with time if we don’t record them. It would be nice to look back; to remember and to record. It has been funny and moving, and I must say, this is quite a selfish endeavour. I do hope others enjoy the book, too, of course!"
Meanwhile, Saif and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan are beaming with joy as they are set to welcome their second child after Taimur Ali Khan. Earlier in August, Saif Ali Khan's PR team released a statement that read, "We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family!! Thank you to all our well wishers for all their love and support."
On the professional front, Saif won a lot of appreciation and love for his two films - Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and Jawaani Jaaneman, both were released this year. He will be next seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Amazon web series Dilli.
